Born in Wyoming and raised in Colorado, Theo Anest grew up fishing, skiing, and competing in sports year-round, eventually playing D- I baseball at Belmont University. After graduating from Colorado State, he opened his first fly shop at 22, gaining firsthand retail experience before selling the business and moving into manufacturer representation. A cold call in 2018 to Richardson Headwear turned into a career-defining partnership, helping redefine headwear in the fly fishing category and growing Richardson into the leading headwear brand across multiple retail sectors.
Now entering his tenth year as a sales representative, Theo has launched Four Season Sales with a clear vision for scale—building a modern rep agency designed to grow through specialized talent. Four Season Sales is structured to add experienced, passionate reps with focused ownership over the sales channels they know best, allowing deeper relationships, better service, and stronger long-term results. At its core, Four Season Sales is driven by a simple belief: the best programs are built through service, consistency, and a genuine commitment to win-win partnerships.
Originally from Georgia, Emma Ivey grew up in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She studied Business at the University of West Georgia and worked at AmericasMart throughout college, gaining early exposure to wholesale, merchandising, and retail strategy before relocating to Colorado.
Emma most recently served as Retail Purchasing Coordinator for Coors Brewery, where she played a key role in growing on-site retail sales and supporting multiple e-commerce operations. With a natural eye for merchandising and a strong operational mindset, she brings a thoughtful, buyer-driven approach to sales. At Four Season Sales, Emma will works closely with accounts to build cohesive custom programs across headwear, apparel, and accessories—always with an emphasis on brand alignment and sell-through.
